Return & Exchange Policy

Can I return or exchange a product? All sales are final. Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

We strongly encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about a product or whether it is right for your skin. We are always happy to help guide you to the right choice.

What if I received the wrong item? If you received an incorrect item please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@vanitybeautyny.com with your order number and a photo and we will make it right.

What if my product is defective or broken? If a product arrives defective or broken please email us at info@vanitybeautyny.com with photos or video within 7 days of delivery. We will contact the brand on your behalf however Vanity Beauty Skin Studio cannot be held responsible for manufacturer defects.

Bundle purchases All bundle purchases are final sale.
